To support Mental Health Awareness Week, the Health and Wellbeing group have organised a staff walk up Pendle Hill, led by Sarah Dickson. The activity aims to help staff connect with one another, understand the benefit of light exercise and boost wellbeing. The event is open to those of all abilities and we’d love for you to invite any partner organisations along, too!
